Seven is a shifty panther reploid who advanced quickly through the ranks of the Hunters. Were MHHQ not seeing such desperate times and desperate need of good Hunters, Seven would never have advanced. He's fond of kicking opponents when they're down, and he makes no secret his distaste for Zero, his commander. But as X noted, Hunters can fight just as dirty as the Mavericks.
Seven sticks very closely to Monroe Cain. Little bastard.
